Though you may not be able to transfer
your air miles directly to Priests for Life Canada, you can usually use
your air miles to purchase an airline ticket for us or pay the cost of
hotel accomodations. And we'll give you an income tax receipt for its
fair market value (usually the price of the flight or hotel rate less
taxes and charges). Our savings will be passed on to you in the way of a
Canadian Charitable Tax Receipt.
If you qualify to purchase a ticket
for yourself most programs will allow you to purchase an airline ticket
or hotel room in someone else’s name. That's where we come in. Just let
us know that you have miles available and we'll suggest the time, place,
and Priests for Life Canada representative.
